My name is Manfred Schreyer (M.Div.); I am a senior pastor, board member of the Ohio Council of Churches and have been a Christian seminar speaker for over ten years.

I am also the director of the largest Christian, ecumenical website spiritrestoration.org and well aware of the life and the dynamics within God’s church. During the time period as a minister I have met many colleagues who searched for a church for various reasons and churches who looked for a shepherd.

The search for a new home can be a painful or joyful search as it will not only touch the pastor's life, but also the family's.

I created this site as a non-profit site as part of my ministry to facilitate a process that differs from any other ministry staffing search site. My ambition is to bring a shepherd (or any ministry staff) and a specific flock together in a new innovative, ground-breaking, progressive Christian way.

The ministry of this site is twofold:  I want to make sure that you as the applicants receive a calling that allows you to be the servant you feel called to be and I want the congregation who searches this site  to find the servant who will guide and/or assist them on a journey of faith.

By using this service you are assured that your qualities as a minister, administrator, etc. are recognized by any prospective ministries. Don't allow yourself to take shortcuts.
